Shipping:

• Worldwide shipping available.
• Ships from Hong Kong.
• Processing time: 1-3 business days.
• Shipping time: 2-4 weeks due to high demand. Please allow extra time during holidays and sales.
• Orders placed Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the following business day. No weekend shipping.
• If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

• Requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering. After 12 hours, requests will be denied.
• Orders can be returned for a full refund after delivery.

Payment:

• We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and cryptocurrency.

Customs & Taxes:

• Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are tax-free.
• You may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by The Wheb.
• The Wheb is not responsible for customs delays. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
